We are excited to offer a new exhibit hall at the UOA Winter Quarterly event on January from 2-3 pm at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT (1800 S Novell Pl, Provo, UT 84606).

The UOA Winter Quarterly Meeting will have practicing optometrists as well as optometry students in attendance. We expect 50-80 docs as well as a few students to attend this meeting.

This will be a small exhibit hall, with only 12 vendors, but we will have enough space for you to have an 8x3 ft table with 1 chair. Tablecloths will not be provided. This will be a simple exhibit hall with tables around the room (no booth setup) to allow more space for people to attend the exhibit hall.

The price for a table at the exhibit hall is $500.

Please bring a small prize (value of $50 or more) to set at your table. I will have jars for attendees to put raffle tickets in at each table to encourage them to visit each vendor and choose the prize they hope to win. At the end of the exhibit hall, we will pick the winner for each jar.

The exhibit hall is scheduled for Saturday, January 25, from 2-3 pm. Setup for the booth will be from 12 – 2 pm that afternoon. Please let us know if you need more time for setup or need electricity for your booth.
