South Ogden Costco Fill-In

Looking for a patient oriented optometrist to provide weekly Saturday fill-in work at the South Ogden Costco.  Compensation is $900.00 guaranteed or 60 percent of total daily revenue, whichever is higher, and is based in the ability to see a patient every 20 minutes (18-21 per day).  We utilize Optos imaging, auto refraction and NCT, which the office staff performs in preparation for the Dr. to see the patient.  We schedule the first patient at 9:40 and the last at 4:40 with a lunch from 2:00 to 2:40.
